Green protein smoothie.

 

I like to eat something different everyday, but I have to admit, this smoothie comes back A LOT. All year long, always the same. It’s an easy breakfast with lots of greens. It just makes you feel good at the start of the day.

What you’ll need.

Makes 1 big smoothie
  • 1/3 of a frozen courgette

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

  • 150mL oat milk

  • 2 big handfuls of spinach

  • 1 banana

Tip: Use the other part of the courgette for the chunky pasta sauce for example

Dishes you’ll have afterwards.

How to make it.

  1. Load up your blender by adding the ingredient in the order of the ingredient list. Blend until smooth and serve
